A place where your loved ones can have fun, learn new skills, and sleep over with friends!

OPYH provides a safe and fun environment for your loved ones when away from you, free from worry or guilt as they get excited for an adventure. We offer the opportunity to engage with other like-minded participants and to work on life skills outside of their everyday homes as a practice to expand their worlds.

Your needs and your child’s needs are our top priority. We work closely with parents, carers, and our community to provide high-quality care, life skills and having fun.

Who We Care For

We’re here to help NDIS participants grow their social skills and friendship groups whilst giving some guilt free relief to parents and carers. Everyone is welcome at OPYH, with a focus on children and adults who are intellectually impaired, ASD, or Downs Syndrome.

Our Model of Care

Our model can vary from a 1:1 model to 1:3, depending on the behavioural conditions of the participant, funding plan, and the type of service that the parent or care giver is looking for.

For example, a couple of nights away with a 1:1 model might be best for some participants, but those looking for a more sociable stay might benefit from a 1:2 or 1:3 model.

Our People

Our friendly workers all hold valid Blue and Yellow cards, are First Aid trained, and have experience working with children and people with disabilities.
